General Note: | Jacquelyn Y. Canoose is the author of short stories and Second-Hand Justice...in Alaska. Her life experiences and travels has enlightened her to real life and the dark side of people. She has searched for ways to help those who are bullied and found in many hearts the will to help and heal. Sometimes, it takes a group to settle up and help the scales of justice balance. Jacquelyn's family homesteaded in Ninilchik, Alaska, in 1953. She is a graduate of the University of Alaska. Working with families, children and inmates have been a challenge she was ready for and open to learn from. She is retired in Elk, Grove, California, and is enjoying the time to tell her story. |
