Summary

Staff Sergeant Ed Walker and Castner's Cutthroats 1941 - 1945 : Fighting WW2 in the Aleutian Islands, Alaska

Staff Sergeant Walker and his platoon of Alaskans (Alaska Scouts) were the advance party to establish the size and location of the Japanese Army on the Aleutian Islands during WW2. He and the "Scouts" radioed this information to the Us. Army and Navy preparing to invade the islands. Most landings by the Scouts were at night. They observed the Japanese while remaining unseen by the enemy.
